Regulatory information
Most of what the club sells is advice and planning. The Cruise Planning Conversation is a consultation and not a travel contract. A day excursion with a reserved coach, entrance fees and a set lunch, and a stay arrangement that includes train or transfer bookings, are travel arrangements of the kind regulated by Japan's Travel Agency Act. For those, the club either holds the required registration or works through a registered travel agency, and the registration category, number and registering authority are written in the confirmation we send before any payment. Ask by phone or email at any time and we will read them to you.
Venues, ship lines and transport operators remain responsible for their own services. Health-related programs at a venue are run by that venue's own qualified staff; the club offers no medical service. Governing law and the competent court are in our Terms and Conditions, and the price, payment and cancellation details required for distance sales are in the Commercial Transactions Notice.
